Every standard clean covers these items — no guessing, no shortcuts. This is exactly what we do, every visit.
General
- Dust all knickknacks throughout the house
- Dust all picture frames, light fixtures, and window sills
- Clean all mirrors
- Light clean baseboard
- Clean all light switch and plug covers
- Pledge/oil all wood furniture, tables, chairs, and dressers (tops, sides, fronts, and legs)
- Vacuum all carpeting
- Vacuum air vents, remove cobwebs
- Spot clean hand prints and marks
- Dump all garbage cans and replace garbage liners — must provide preferred trash bags
- Vacuum furniture and lamp shades
Kitchen
- Clean stove top, scrub drip pans and under rings
- Clean top of hoods
- Scrub grease off of walls behind stove
- Interior oven cleaned (extra charge)
- Clean all countertops, move and clean under items
- Clean 1 kitchen window (inside only)
- Clean 1 glass sliding door (inside only)
- Wipe down kitchen items: toaster, blender, canisters, etc.
- Clean microwaves inside and out
- Clean front, sides, and tops of refrigerators (clean out water dispenser)
- Interior clean out of refrigerator — extra charge
- Scrub all sinks, faucets, soap dishes, clean all chrome until it shines
- Vacuum and wash all floors
- Wash fronts of cupboards where needed
- Clean tops of washer and dryer
Bathrooms
- Dust all items: tissue boxes, magazine racks, knickknacks, etc.
- Scrub sinks, showers (shower door and tracks) and tubs
- Scrub toilets inside and out (base, tank, & pipe in back)
- Clean light fixtures and light bulbs
- Wash cupboards where needed
- Clean all mirrors
- Clean towel racks and toilet paper holders
- Vacuum and wash floors and baseboards
Bedrooms
- Dust all items with Windex
- Pledge/oil all wood furniture
- Clean all mirrors
- Vacuum carpet, furniture, and lamp shades
